Meet Residents Marcantonio Family

Health. Wealth. Happiness. This is the motto Jason and Jacqueline Marcantonio have lived by ever since they met one summer through a mutual friend. On their first date, they stayed out eating omelets and French fries until three in the morning. A few years later they were married.
These days, the Alton residents cherish every moment together and live an adventurous life and are the proud parents of Ava and Emmett.
Jason is the top-listed real estate agent in Alton, offering pristine properties and prioritizing customer satisfaction above all. He aims to make sure his clients’ dreams come true and that they can live a long and fulfilling life in the homes they purchase.
Jason, an FSU graduate, and Jacqueline, a Barry University graduate, put their primary focus on spending time with their families. Both Jason and Jacqueline’s families live locally, which gives them all the chance to meet weekly to go out to eat or for Jacqueline to partake in one of her favorite hobbies - cooking fresh meals for everyone.
Jason and Jacqueline enjoy bike riding at local and state parks as well as everywhere else - from Jupiter to Lake Trail. In addition to biking, the Marcantonio’s like to enjoy the beautiful local parks for kayaking and camping. They also love the area’s beaches and frequently go boating. They also adore dining out at all the great restaurants. Family trips generally include Sanibel Island in the summer, Disney in the winter, and somewhere different every year for spring break.
“We recently did a trip to Park City for the kids’ first time on the mountain skiing and snowmobiling and they loved it,” Jason said. “The kids are third-generation Floridians, so mixing it up and seeing some snow is always a treat for all of us. We are fortunate to have all of the kids’ grandparents living nearby.”
And with family close by, Jason and Jacqueline can squeeze in a few extra trips and weekend getaways for just the two of them.
Before coming to Alton, Jason and Jacqueline lived in Abacoa, a place they loved to reside. But having invested in Alton and the opening of the Town Center, the lifestyle took off, intriguing the couple. The more time they spent in the neighborhood, the more they decided it would be a great place to call home.
Not only did the energy of Alton attract Jason and Jacqueline, but the potential for their children to receive the best education drew the family to the area.
“The school systems were a major appeal for us,” Jason said. “We love being close to the kids’ schools and friends and activities while still being only five minutes to the beach. Having the shops and restaurants an easy golf cart ride away makes for an amazing lifestyle.”
Jason being Alton’s top listing real estate agent allows for the Marcantonio clan to surround themselves with new friends and community members that allow Ava and Emmett to begin flourishing within the community.
“We get to meet many of the new families moving to our neighborhood, and it’s always a pleasure to see how quickly they become a part of the community,” Jason said. “The kids get to see their friends and neighbors at school, at soccer, the beach, boating, at neighborhood parks, and playing outside daily.”
Emmett plays soccer at PBG predators and loves to skateboard, and Ava is an avid reader, creative writer, and currently in the pre-law academy at IMS and involved in the drama club.
